Meet your Therapist

Hi, I work with diverse adults concerned with low mood, anxiety, identity struggles, and life transitions. My goal is to create a space for discussion and supportive reflection where your experiences are heard for the exploration of meaningful growth. I aim to develop a therapeutic alliance for your benefit and well-being.
My therapeutic approach is informed by evidence-based practices of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness to support you in implementing hands-on tools for emotional regulation, self-awareness, and a broadened perspective.
If you are a post-secondary student, a racialized young professional or immigrant to Ontario with tremendous weight on your shoulders, therapy with me may be your next endeavour for personal discovery and helpful dialogue. Whether you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, therapy can also be a space to unpack the weight of life’s challenges in existing within systems not built with you in mind. I know this well. You don’t have to go through it alone and I’m here to support you in finding your way through a grounded therapeutic space.
My practice is fully online, offering flexibility and comfort as we engage in collaborative discussion. If you’re curious about working together, I invite you to book a free 15-minute consultation call to see if working together feels like a good fit.
